While we hope you love your new products, we realize making online purchases can be difficult. If you don’t love your new purchase, here are your options for a return!

Returns 
You may return small décor items for a full refund of the merchandise total within two weeks (14 days) of delivery. If you do not live in Sudbury, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Once the product is received, we will inspect the item, and refund you in full if there are no damages. 
 
Please e-mail us at info@lcdesigncoshoppe prior to sending your merchandise back for approval. If you choose to return an item, the return shipping if your responsibility and our initial shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
To return an item, the item MUST be in original packaging and in their original state to be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale
Sale/clearance items are final sale.
We DO NOT accept hardwired lighting returns including pendants and sconces due to the nature of the product and its components.
Large furniture items such as cabinets, sideboards, desks, hutches, coffee tables, sectionals, sofas, and accent chairs are non-refundable. 
Customizable furniture is non-refundable.

 

Cancellations

Online and in store orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge. A cancellation request can be made until 48 hours. After 48 hours, online and in store orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the final sale policy. Please note a backordered item is not eligible for a cancellation.

Restocking Fee
Restocking Fee: All returns of mid size items (including poufs, ottomans, rugs, side tables) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping. A refund or store credit will be issued for the remaining amount. Return credits are issued within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

Manufacturer defect or Damaged items 
Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the item. IF you receive a defected or damaged item, please hold on to the packaging it came in and take photos of the packaging and damaged piece. Please e-mail us at info@lcdesignco.com with photos and a description of the damage. Depending on the amount and type of damage, a replacement will be sent to the client or local repair will be provided.
